Our knitting classes are held Saturday 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.,
unless otherwise stated below. Classes must be prepaid to sign up and
all yarn purchased before class. Class price is $35.00, plus the
cost of your yarn and pattern. Sign up early, as enrollment is limited
and these fill up quickly!

March 1 - Basics, Part One
You will learn increasing, decreasing, and yarn-overs. The The Knitter's Companion is necessary for this class (available in store).
March 8 - Open Knitting!
For anyone who wants to join in, relax and catch up on your knitting projects.

Learn to cast on, knit and purl stitch. Project is a small purse.

Level
Small or large size purse can be made with yarn of your choosing. TWO colors
work best. Wool or cotton.
March 22 - Basics, Part Two
The The Knitter's Companion will
be used for this class also. This time, you will learn to understand and
read a knitting chart!

This was such a hit that we are doing it again! A nice light weight project
that you can’t put down. Knit with Kidsilk Haze; it’s a pleasure to knit!
Learn the art of the mitered square and picking up stitches. No seaming.

Learn how to knit with more than one color and how to keep your knitted fabric smooth. We will make a small bag to practice this technique.
April 26 - Moebius Purse
Cat Bordhi’s Moebius style of knitting. Learn how to cast on and applied I-cord
trim. This project is felted.
